The Rollerblading Computer Guy Is Still Here, He Just Has a Bigger Team.

In the early 90s, Michael Volchok was the guy rollerblading throughout Manhattan with a toolkit, fixing Macs for businesses that had no idea what to do with them. No branded van. No ticketing system. Just a kid who genuinely loved Macs, showing up to solve problems before anyone else was paying attention to Macs at all.

That was 1993. The rollerblades are retired. The obsession with Macs is not.

From One Guy to a Full Team. Same DNA.

MTS Pro Services started as a one-person Mac support operation in New York City. Over 30 years, it grew into a full-scale managed services firm with capabilities that most IT teams can't match in-house. But the thing that's never changed is the kind of people who work here.

Today, the team runs Talos Fleet Management deployments across 4,000+ Mac endpoints. We have more Jamf-certified techs than most Fortune 500 companies. And we still respond directly to clients.

That's not a coincidence. It's the same attitude Mike had rolling through the streets of Manhattan: Show up, figure it out, and fix it.

"MTS has been an invaluable partner to our team — whenever we need them, they're there, and their expertise never disappoints. It's rare to find an IT partner that's both deeply knowledgeable and genuinely responsive, and MTS checks both boxes every time."
