Mike started in 1993 with a pair of rollerblades and a belief that IT support could be both knowledgable and kind. From his start on his own, he built a consulting business that supported hundreds of clients. In 2007 he opened Mike's Tech Shop, Chelsea's Nice Little Friendly Mac shop. Finally, Mike launched MTS Pro Services to provide Managed IT Services to small and medium businesses. While Mike's name is on the door, the credit of all MTS's success goes mostly to the incredible team of people who deliver the services every day.

Amanda oversees account management, helping keep technical projects, client communication, and internal teams aligned — especially when things get a little chaotic. Having worked across multiple roles within the organization, she’s developed a knack for translating complicated conversations into something people can actually follow . Outside of work, she spends her time collecting trinkets, reading, and probably starting more creative projects than any one person realistically needs at a time.

Bob joined MTS in 2022 as Projects Director, bringing with him 15 years of experience at Apple. With a background in Apple technology and client-focused problem solving, he specializes in leading projects that help companies streamline operations, improve user experiences, and navigate complex IT initiatives. When not at work, you can find Bob behind a camera lens as a landscape photographer.

Joey ended up at MTS after building his career in technical support and systems engineering, eventually moving from solving the tickets himself to automating those processes, and finally to leading the teams that solve them. He brings a practical, process-driven approach to support leadership, with a healthy suspicion of anything described as "just this once." When not at work, he's usually found either constructing elaborate lego sets or helping people with difficult bosses in Elden Ring or Dark Souls 3.

With over three decades in enterprise technology, including stints at IBM, WPP and a range of consulting engagements, Aaron has spent his career building, securing, and rationalizing the systems that businesses actually run on. Outside of work, he's usually deep in a history book, a sci-fi or fantasy novel, or a tabletop game. He picked up Dungeons & Dragons at age seven and never put it down; 45 years on, he's still rolling dice with the friends he made in high school.
