Mike started as the rollerblading computer guy in 1993, building an IT service and support company. In 2007, he opened Mike’s Tech Shop, Chelsea’s friendly neighborhood Mac shop.
Sara Moore
Chief Operations Officer
Sara began her journey in 2006, and has been dancing her way between sales, office management, HR, and client services ever since. As COO, she wears many hats, and supports all departments within MTS.
Aaron Smith
Chief Technology Officer
Aaron has been designing and building systems to support Apple Devices in the Enterprise for 25 years, half of that time being for MTS. In addition to working with our Small/Medium Business and Enterprise clients, he also pushes to keep our internal systems efficient and modern.

James has been focused on providing the best overall professional service experience for over 10 years. As CXO, he makes sure at every level, from technician to consumer, that proper expectations are set and people are left with experiences they want to discuss at parties.

Scott Stanger
Corporate Sales
Scott's computer sales career started in college selling the Apple IIc as well as the IBM PC/XT and the original Macintosh. Eventually managing a retail store and then working as a sales manager in corporate sales including many of the largest advertising agencies and corporate brands. Sean Hansell
Apple Systems
With 20 years of experience in the technology field, Sean specializes in designing technical solutions and systems for companies from small businesses to global enterprises. His daily goal is to automate himself out of a job so he can do the next awesome thing.
Hyun Jin Jo
Digital and Color Services
Hyun Jin brings decades of experience in print and color management having previously worked at Pantone and AI Friedman. He and his team have been servicing ad agencies, design firms, and manufacturers for years.
Jerica Rosenblum
Support Services
Jerica joined MTS in 2009 and soon began to serve as Help Desk Manager. Her responsibilities eventually expanded to resource management, customer relations, and direction of our onsite support services.
