Mike started as the rollerblading computer guy in 1993, building an IT service and support company. In 2007, he opened Mike’s Tech Shop, Chelsea’s friendly neighborhood Mac shop.

Since 2006, Sara has been a fixture at MTS having worked in multiple areas of the business, she now spends most of her time in our Corporate Sales and Operations arenas. When she isn’t meeting with clients and supporting our staff, she can be found in the garden with her two daughters and many happy animals.

With a background in PR, Katie heads up our Human Resources department and works tirelessly to facilitate a safe and convivial workplace. A mom of two boys, she is no stranger to getting her hands dirty to effect meaningful change.

Aaron has been designing and building systems to support Apple Devices in the Enterprise for 25 years, half of that time being for MTS. In addition to working with our Small/Medium Business and Enterprise clients, he also pushes to keep our internal systems efficient and modern.
As the manager of our Account Management team, Amanda supports both our internal employees as well as our clients to deliver above and beyond experience and communication. An avid crafter, she draws upon her creative side to originate innovative solutions.

James has been focused on providing the best overall professional service experience for over 10 years. As CXO, he makes sure at every level, from technician to consumer, that proper expectations are set and people are left with experiences they want to discuss at parties.
Kate lends her talents to MTS by acting as the liaison between our clients and internal teams, working closely with both to acheive the goals of our clients. An artist for over 15 years, she is also a vital source of knowledge for the business.
Family man and home chef, Zach supports our clients by brainstorming new solutions to complex problems. He facilitates between internal and external groups to deliver the best results possible.

Sabrina can do anything with a computer, and even makes custom jewelry from recycled parts! She leads our Support team to victory each and every day, ensuring a great end-user experience for our Managed Services clients.

MTS veteran and exercise enthusiast Hyun Jin works tirelessly with our Pro Services clients of all kinds to ensure a smooth onboarding experience by setting up computer hardware and other devices.
Project management extraordinaire, Miëke is the go-to person for assisting our clients grow their businesses, improve and streamline their processes, and update infrastructure through special projects. Outside of the office, Miëke is active in his community; whether he’s volunteering or trying new restaurants.

Long time member of our New York team, Joey leads a group of highly skilled technical agents in our Pro Services division. Joey is a big fan of problem solving both in and out of the office, and can be found constructing intricate LEGO models on his off time.
